Support for information security and internal systems **Responsibilities / Activities** * Provide technical support to users; * Install, configure, and update software and operating systems; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers; * Configure printers, networks, and peripheral devices; * Monitor the operation of systems and equipment; * Log technical support tickets and track their resolution; * Support information security (backups, antivirus, access control); * Provide basic support for the company's internal systems. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing); * Knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance; * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, routers); * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Strong communication skills and user-facing service ability.
