Description: What are the challenges of the department and role: Support simple Information Technology activities, contributing to the organization, support, and efficiency of internal IT processes. Work on a rotational basis under direct supervision, developing foundational professional skills and gaining exposure to various routines across the company’s technology department. Exclusively support-oriented role — no involvement with critical access, system administration, or advanced technical responsibilities. Main Responsibilities: Assist in organizing IT equipment and supplies; Support tracking of simple IT helpdesk tickets; Assist in updating spreadsheets and basic controls; Support basic installation and configuration of equipment; Organize internal documents and digital files; Support IT equipment and supply inventory management and verification; Prepare lists, controls, checklists, and supporting materials; Forward simple requests to responsible parties.
