Connect with us! **What are the challenges in this opportunity?** * Assist in hardware and software procurement by conducting market research, collecting quotations, and analyzing technical specifications; * Support and execute hardware and software procurement, including market research, quotation collection, and technical specification analysis; * Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, printers, and other peripherals; * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues using analysis and troubleshooting tools; * Provide technical support to users, including account configuration, password resets, and general guidance; * Configure and support network devices (routers, switches, APs, VPNs), and monitor performance, connectivity, and security; * Perform routine backups and ensure data security and recovery; * Organize and maintain IT infrastructure, including cabling and technical documentation (manuals, procedures, and network diagrams); * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on technologies and tools used by the company. **In addition, what else do you need to have?** Planning ability, analytical capability, systemic vision, interpersonal skills, and proactivity. **And what are the differentiators and requirements to apply?** * Completed bachelor's degree in Network Systems or related fields, with a postgraduate program in progress; * Prior experience in this role; * Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; * Comprehensive knowledge of computer networking; * Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing technologies; * Ability to work with system monitoring and management tools. **Compensation and Benefits** * Compensation: To be discussed * Employment Type: CLT * Transportation Allowance (1% deduction) * Meal/food allowance of R$ 20.00 * Basic food basket worth R$ 650.00 * Christmas food basket worth R$ 650.00 * Fully company-funded dental plan * Life insurance * Partnerships with educational institutions * Semi-annual profit-sharing (50%) **Important Notes:** On-site work; Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
