As an IT Analyst, you will be a key player in keeping our teams productive and our systems running. We are a growing company that values autonomy, continuous learning, and good ideas. Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to internal company users, addressing their requests and resolving questions; * Configure and support the company's application suite, ensuring proper software functionality and integration with other systems; * Configure telephone extensions and grant remote access to machines, both internally and at remote locations; * Perform maintenance, formatting, and software/hardware installation on company computers, ensuring they remain updated and fully operational; * Receive and address support requests via phone, email, and other channels, logging and tracking call status in an internal management system to serve all company departments; * Monitor and track requests for new equipment, as well as reallocation and dispatch; * Receive, identify, test, and organize IT equipment in the distribution center’s storage, and during project mobilization and demobilization; * Travel to various company locations, as required, to perform maintenance tasks and deliver necessary technical support; * Create and update internal maintenance protocols for newly identified issues, documenting step-by-step procedures in an internal system to expedite future support; * Comply with internal policies and applicable legislation when handling sensitive information; * Monitor company security tools, including antivirus, infrastructure, backup, and firewall; * Generate reports as requested by departmental management; * Research and propose solutions to improve company processes; * Contribute to maintaining an organized workplace. Requirements: * Prior experience as an IT Analyst, Support Technician, or Infrastructure Specialist; * Proficiency in Microsoft 365; * Helpdesk experience; * ERP system experience is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving focus.
