Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the company's network and computer infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on performance, security, and availability of the technological environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the company's network and computer infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for installing, configuring, and providing technical support for systems, software, and servers, ensuring performance, security, and availability of the technological environment. Responsibilities and duties include: specifying, planning, assisting with installation, documenting, training, and maintaining company applications; supporting data networks, mobile and landline telephony; and assisting with corporate data processing and communications—aiming to ensure optimal operational environment functionality and data traffic flow. Configure and perform corrective and preventive software, hardware, and network infrastructure maintenance. Provide technical assistance and support, responding to infrastructure-related requests from all departments. Maintain workstations, servers, printers, and other network equipment, and manage external maintenance services and warranties. Perform other administrative tasks as required by service needs and/or supervisor's request. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements and qualifications: Technical or higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience with IT support tools (Helpdesk, Service Desk, incident management). Knowledge of network administration, operating systems (Windows and Linux), databases, and information security. Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present technical results and insights.
