The team is responsible for validating documents, expert reports, incident narratives, and accident images, directly supporting our clients during sensitive moments. The team comprises analysts at various seniority levels, fostering a collaborative, dynamic, and continuously learning environment. **The Opportunity** ------------------ The **Claims Intern** will support operational routines within the claims analysis process, helping ensure required documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with internal guidelines. This role plays a vital part in MetLife’s commitment to providing reliable and transparent support to customers. The intern will gain exposure to real cases, analysis of evidence (including accident photographs), and development of communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
