Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, as are humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Responsible for filling out and updating daily, weekly, and monthly consumption control spreadsheets, ensuring accurate information for requesting departments; * Create purchase requisitions and direct orders to meet unit demands; * Request material and service quotations as needed; * Record invoices for purchased materials and services; * Participate in management system routines, ensuring the achievement of departmental goals and presenting daily DDS and DDQ; * Monitor and support ongoing projects in partnership with coordination and administrative analysts. **Qualifications*** Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Availability to intern 6 hours per day in Bebedouro/SP. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
