The intern's objective is to support the Total Rewards area, ensuring excellence and quality in Benefits and Compensation processes. The professional will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and automation, as well as effectively communicating our programs and providing outstanding support to employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) operations, contributing to an excellent Employee Experience.
* Benefits Management: Administration of meal/food benefits and support for Recognition Programs.
* Benefits Portal (Darwin): Full support for life events, database closing, and report extraction.
* Stock Plan: Operational management of the stock cycle (purchase, sale, and payment control processes).
* Compensation: Support in communication and operation of the Profit Sharing Program (PR).
* Total Rewards Administration: Maintenance of databases, expense and invoice payment tracking, and contract management via system, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
* Advisory Support: Direct employee assistance to resolve questions regarding Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Benefits Portal, etc.
* Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to simplify workflows and automate manual tasks.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
* Intermediate-level Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
* Basic English proficiency
* Availability to intern for 6 hours per day
* Enrolled in evening classes
