São Paulo, corner with Rua 10, No. 1\.680 – ZIP Code 77\.403\-040, Gurupi/TO **Employment Type:** CLT Intermitent Contract The professional is called upon as needed by the company, with assignments scheduled between **08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 (Monday to Friday)**. Compensation is based on days actually worked, plus proportional vacation and 13th salary. ### **What We Are Looking For:** Vocational technical education in **Information Technology (IT)**. ### **️** **Required Qualifications and Knowledge:** * Certification: **HDI DAST – Desktop Advanced Support Technician** or **HDI DST – Desktop Support Technician** * Formal course in **microcomputer assembly and configuration** (minimum 20 hours) * Knowledge of **hardware, software, office automation**, and **computer networks (wired and wireless, TCP/IP)** * Training in **ITIL v4 or higher** * Course in **Portuguese Language** (minimum 20 hours) Certifications and training may be submitted up to 90 days after hiring. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * On-site and remote **second-level technical support (CSTI\-N2\)** * Incident logging, classification, and tracking * Support during institutional events and user guidance * Diagnostics, maintenance, and installation of equipment and software * Support for IT resource homologation and configuration * Reporting incidents to supervisor and documenting solutions ### **Compensation and Benefits:** * **R$ 13.83 per hour worked** * **R$ 100.00 bonus per completed assignment** (up to 10 per month) * ️ **Meal Allowance:** R$ 29.81 per workday * **Transportation Allowance** * ️ **Life Insurance** * ️ **SESC Membership** ✨ **Do you match this profile and want to join our team?** Apply now!
