We are looking for someone to strengthen our innovative culture and support our Innovation Management System (SGI), aligned with ISO 56001\. **Your responsibilities:** * **Organize innovation rituals:** Meetings, committees, agendas, presentations, minutes, and all necessary infrastructure to keep the creative flow running smoothly. * **Manage ideas:** Screening, classification, feedback, status updates, and tracking the idea funnel together with the team. * **Support the innovation portfolio and metrics:** Update the innovation funnel, include evidence, monitor outcomes, deadlines, risks, and action plans. **Document management and organization:** Create, update, and organize technical/procedural SGI documents and materials for ISO 56001\ audits. * **Foster the innovative culture:** Support events, propose internal initiatives, stimulate creativity, and contribute to a collaborative and inspiring environment. **Specific Knowledge Requirements:** **Innovation Management** * Experience in internal innovation strategies and acculturation practices. * Basic use of **AI** as an enabler in daily work. **Data Office Suite** * Advanced Excel and Power BI for indicator analysis and insight generation. * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Innovation Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Social Communication, or related fields. **Desirable Knowledge:** **Standards and Methods** * Familiarity with **ISO 56000/56001**. * Creativity techniques and ideation tools: **Brainstorming**, **Design Thinking**. * Strategic planning: **SWOT**, **Business Model Canvas**, **Empathy Map**. **Why is this role special?** You will directly contribute to the evolution of the company’s innovative culture, helping transform ideas into real, structured, and recognized improvements!
