




Support the installation of computers, peripherals, network cables, routers, switches, servers, telephony systems, and other infrastructure equipment. Assist with structured cabling activities, including cable routing, rack organization, and identification of network and fiber optic connection points. Provide basic technical support, assisting in the identification and resolution of simple hardware, network, power, or connectivity issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, such as cable inspection, component replacement, and connectivity testing. Support building-level IT infrastructure routines, including UPS systems, racks, data centers, and power systems. Organize and document equipment, asset inventory, and service reports. Accompany specialized technicians during complex installations and maintenance activities, providing auxiliary support. Familiarity with structured cabling and fiber optics (fiber types, connectors, testing, certification). Ability to perform initial diagnosis of network, hardware, or power failures. Knowledge of occupational safety practices applicable to technical installations. Driver’s license category B. Desirable: ability to read network diagrams, infrastructure schematics, and identify racks/equipment.
