Click HERE to return to our careers page. **Responsibilities and Duties****Here’s what you’ll do:** * Work within the Structuring Teaching Faculty (NDE). * Serve as a liaison between the institution and students. * Monitor students’ academic progress. * Guide and support students with their academic needs. * Promote student engagement and participation. * Plan and implement pedagogical activities. * Evaluate student performance. * Develop innovative teaching practices. * Encourage active and collaborative learning. * Maintain clear and continuous communication with students. * Fulfill teaching responsibilities for assigned classes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology. * Master’s degree in Information Technology. * Relevant IT certifications (e.g., cloud, data, security, development). * Academic or professional experience in the field of expertise. * Demonstrated technical mastery of subject-related content. * Proficiency in active teaching and learning methodologies. * Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and capacity for student mediation. * Interpersonal relationship skills, empathy, and active listening. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. * Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Collaborative teamwork within multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Doctorate degree in the field (strongly preferred). * Academic publications (articles, conference presentations, journals). * Prior experience in higher education or distance learning (EAD). * Advanced or multiple specialized certifications in the field. * Practical industry experience aligned with the disciplines taught. **Additional Information****Here’s what you’ll enjoy:** **Recognition and Incentives:** * Extended maternity and paternity leave.
