Job Summary: Karter is seeking a proactive and organized Information Technology Assistant to work on-site, providing IT support and developing solutions for the department. Key Highlights: 1. Support the procurement process with a focus on quality and efficiency. 2. Provide IT support activities, including ERP Sankhya and SQL data manipulation. 3. Develop Business Intelligence reports and dashboards. **Job Description:** Karter is looking for a proactive and organized Procurement Assistant to join our team, supporting the entire procurement process for products, services, and equipment, with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. ️ Information Technology Assistant (On-site) About the Role You will be responsible for providing support to Information Technology department activities, working on-site at the company, focusing on ERP Sankhya adjustments, SQL database data manipulation, Java development support, and creation of Business Intelligence reports and dashboards, in compliance with internal standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities: * Perform adjustments, configurations, and functional support in ERP Sankhya * Execute queries, analyses, and maintenance on SQL databases * Support Java development, maintenance, and testing of routines * Develop, update, and maintain BI reports and dashboards * Provide on-site technical support to internal users * Identify and assist in resolving technical incidents and problems * Document IT processes, routines, and procedures * Comply with internal policies, information security standards, and good governance practices Qualifications (Mandatory) * Knowledge of SQL * Knowledge of Java * Knowledge or experience with ERP Sankhya * Knowledge of Business Intelligence * Knowledge of relational databases * Availability for on-site work * Organizational skills, analytical ability, and strong communication skills (Desirable) * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar) * Knowledge of code versioning (Git) * Basic understanding of system integration * Degree in or currently studying Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields Join Karter!
