Description

* Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support to company departments, ensuring proper equipment operation through replacement, configuration, and installation of modules, parts, and components; * Guide users on appropriate use of Carone Supermarkets' systems and applications; * Installation and Configuration: Install and configure software, guiding users on specifications and required commands for its use; * Performance Monitoring: Monitor hardware and software performance to meet defined service standards; * Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose hardware and software issues based on user requests, seeking solutions or escalating to higher-level support; * Solution Proposal: Propose information technology solutions based on available technological resources, conducting feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses; * File Organization: Assist in organizing files to ensure quick data retrieval and handle document sending/receiving via e\-mail; * Documentation and Reporting: Prepare documentation and reports on performed activities to maintain system and equipment monitoring and control conditions; * Network Administration: Administer and install internal user networks within the company; * Security Procedures: Implement and maintain security procedures for systems and networks operating in the company; * Maintenance and Preservation: Ensure custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace; * Additional Activities: Perform similar tasks as requested and established accordingly. Requirements: Completed high school; Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Information Technology or a degree in Computer Networks Technology (desirable); Specific requirements: Course in Information Technology Equipment Maintenance; Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and communications; Experience operating information technology tools and equipment.
