You have the power to shape things to make them better. **About the Role** Alcoa has an opening for an **Industrial Operator** in the Reduction area at its Alumar facility in São Luís (MA). The selected candidate will act as a facilitator and executor of pot lining activities, supporting related demands and analyzing requests concerning electrolytic pots.
