Daily Responsibilities: * Comprehensive support throughout recruitment and selection processes * Resume screening and candidate outreach * Scheduling and conducting interviews * Supporting job posting dissemination and profile alignment * Updating internal tracking systems and providing feedback to candidates * Direct interaction with the team to ensure pace and quality of deliveries Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, attending night classes, from the 5th semester onward * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and agility * Ability to handle a high volume of processes * Prior experience in R&S will be considered an advantage **Work Model:** Remote **Working Hours:** 6 hours per day **Internship Stipend:** R$ 1.200,00 Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$1.200,00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote for Belo Horizonte, MG
