If you are organized and have experience in HR activities, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities**: * Maintain electronic timekeeping system; * Support in onboarding, vacations, and terminations: Forwarding information to accounting; * Recruitment processes: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates; * Internal marketing and internal communication: Supporting initiatives and strategies of the department; * Other departmental tasks as directed by immediate management. **Requirements**: * Knowledge of HR routines, such as payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and others; * Strong organizational and assertive communication skills. * Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields. \* Easy access to the Mapim area (Mario Andreazza Highway).\- Várzea Grande\-MT. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour break); Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (1.5-hour break).
