Contribute to organizational climate initiatives and culture strengthening **Job Mission** Strategically and operationally support Human Resources subsystems, contributing to talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Lead **Recruitment and Selection** processes for strategic, administrative, and operational positions (high-volume and technical roles); Align candidate profiles with managers; Post job openings on platforms and screen resumes; Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments; Support the implementation of **Training and Development** programs; Organize and monitor the **Performance Evaluation** process; Support **Internal Marketing**, internal communication, and corporate campaigns; Provide service and support to employees; Support the organization of HR metrics and internal controls; Contribute to organizational climate initiatives and culture strengthening. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree completed in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.
