




Job Summary: This role involves administrative support across various HR activities, including benefits management, onboarding, and document control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in benefits management and onboarding processes. 2. Control and scheduling of ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates). 3. Maintenance of employee files (physical and digital). Responsibilities: Sending spreadsheets with validation of benefits (Meal Voucher/Meal Allowance and Transport Voucher) Enrollment/cancellation in Health Insurance Plans Time & Attendance System Management Onboarding Process Control and scheduling of admission, periodic, and termination ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) for employees Supporting and maintaining up-to-date employee documentation files (physical and digital), calling employees to sign documents, and providing internal customer service Registering requests (e.g., uniforms, shuttle services, etc.) and orders in Navision (e.g., Meal Allowance, Meal Voucher, etc.) **Requirements** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Benefits** * + Medical and Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Transport Voucher; * Group Life Insurance; * Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. * **Our Programs:** * Certified Citizen Company; 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave * Partnership with SESC
