At E4, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support HR operations and actively participate in projects related to people development, culture, and management.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Support recruitment and selection processes, from job postings to interview scheduling and candidate follow-up;
* Assist in conducting interviews and managing stages of the selection process;
* Support the planning and execution of endomarketing, onboarding, and organizational climate initiatives;
* Support internal surveys, feedback collection, and development initiatives;
* Liaise with accounting and vendors to support HR department routines (hiring, termination, vacations, benefits, and documentation);
* Assist in tracking HR metrics and processes;
* Support managers and employees with people management-related requests;
* Participate in organizational culture and development projects.
**What We Expect From You**
* Prior experience in Human Resources;
* Experience in Recruitment and Selection;
* Basic knowledge of HR department routines;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Proactivity and eagerness to learn;
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in communications, marketing, technology companies, or fast-growing environments;
* Familiarity with platforms such as Gupy, Convenia, Feedz, Notion, Asana, or similar tools;
* Experience with endomarketing, organizational culture, and people development initiatives.
