Conduct timekeeping verification and analyze collective bargaining agreements. Handle ancillary obligations and procedures such as DCTFWeb, FGTS, Perdcomp, eSocial, SEFIP, as well as routines specific to construction companies, Simples Nacional, and presumed profit regimes. Provide customer service and support, collaborating with the team. Previous experience as HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position.
