Constant interaction with leaders and employees We seek an HR Assistant with an operational profile and strong customer-service orientation to work directly with our employees, ensuring agile support, process organization, and close alignment with operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: Provide employee support (on-site and/or via internal channels) Support onboarding and documentation processes Manage time tracking, hour banks, and attendance-related matters; manage access control Organize HR files, records, and administrative routines Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives Serve as the liaison point between operations and HR Administration **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus) Experience in HR routines or public-facing service roles Strong organizational skills, agility, and effective communication Ability to handle a high volume of requests Hands-on, operationally engaged profile **Additional Information** **Other Important Details:** * Fully on-site role with a dynamic routine and direct operational contact * Fast-paced environment with high demand volume and emphasis on responsive service * Opportunity for professional development in the Human Resources field * Constant interaction with operational leaders and employees * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **COMPANY:** ------------ With over 800,000 m³ of spacious, flexible facilities, Refrio offers ready infrastructure to receive and store diverse products at any temperature.
