Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for supporting internal routines, processes, and activities, with a focus on organization and development. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in Recruitment and Selection processes and Training activities. 2. Support in implementing HR policies and fostering organizational climate. 3. Proactive, communicative profile with strong willingness to learn and develop. The professional will support HR routines, executing area-specific processes, organizing tasks, and providing internal operational support. Support Recruitment and Selection processes; Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives; Support implementation and monitoring of HR policies; Support organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives; Organize documents, administrative controls, and departmental tasks; Assist in preparing simple reports and basic metrics; Collaborate with the Accounting team on Personnel Department routines (time tracking and payroll support). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources or related fields; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **What We’re Looking For:** Proactive, hands-on attitude; Strong communication skills; Willingness to learn and grow; Responsibility and commitment; A Bit About Sorrix We are a technology-driven, expanding dental franchise focused on growth.
