Point of support for employees and leadership Chemical industry seeks a Human Resources Analyst in Barueri. **Responsibilities:** Perform generalist HR activities, supporting and executing onboarding, offboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and timekeeping processes. Verify and support payroll processing with accounting or third-party providers, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Support benefits administration, including transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, health insurance, life insurance, and other programs. Conduct recruitment processes for operational, technical, and administrative positions, including profile alignment with managers, resume screening, interviews, and technical assessments. Support new employee onboarding programs and identify training needs in coordination with industrial leadership. Organize technical, behavioral, and safety training sessions, as well as organizational climate and engagement initiatives. Serve as a point of support for employees and leadership, assisting with conflict management, disciplinary procedures, and union negotiations. Ensure proper implementation of shifts, schedules, and working hours, and monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and overtime. Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making. Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
