We are hiring an **HR Technician** to join our team. **Location:** Louveira/SP **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Saturday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM **Job Summary:** Salary: R$ 3.000,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 35.00 per day Food Allowance: R$ 147.45 per month Health and dental insurance Life insurance Fuel allowance (paid in cash) Day Off (special leave) Requirements: ✔ Completed high school; ✔ Preferred: currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; ✔ Knowledge of HR or Personnel Department routines; ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ✔ Flexible availability. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees; * Support training, development, employee engagement, and organizational climate initiatives; * Monitor working hours, benefits, and Personnel Department routines; * Act as a People Management partner to leadership, providing internal support and consultation on People Management topics; * Monitor KPIs, excellence programs, and corporate standards within the People area; * Support compensation, benefits, and payroll closing processes; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and safety practices; * Contribute to achieving unit goals by promoting a culture of excellence and people appreciation. **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract **Work Location:** On-site Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
