Partnership with external accounting and employee support. We seek a **Personnel Department Assistant** to work in the Human Resources area, with a primary focus on Personnel Department routines. This professional will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the organization, control, and monitoring of labor processes, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation and providing support to employees. The role involves partnering with an external accounting firm to perform controls, verifications, and submission of information, as well as supporting generalist HR activities such as climate, culture, engagement, performance evaluations, and corporate events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with focus on Personnel Department; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems, working hour control, and labor regulations; * Experience managing vacation and benefits administration; * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Aptitude for technology and use of Artificial Intelligence tools; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Discretion and ethics in handling confidential information. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Sólides RH and Sólides DP platforms; * Canva proficiency for creating announcements and presentations; * Experience collaborating with external accounting firms. **Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor Personnel Department routines; * Process, verify, and close electronic timekeeping records; * Administer vacation processes (control of acquisition and concession periods); * Procure, manage, and account for benefits; * Verify payroll information in coordination with external accounting; * Control and organize labor documents and physical/digital files; * Monitor Occupational Health and Safety processes, occupational medical examinations, and mandatory documentation; * Assist employees with inquiries regarding labor routines and benefits; * Support performance evaluations and PDI updates; * Assist in organizing corporate events and initiatives related to climate, culture, retention, and engagement.
