The professional will be responsible for **executing and monitoring all Payroll Department routines**, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, data accuracy, and internal people-management process efficiency. If you are **analytical, organized, and continuously seek improvement**, this is an excellent opportunity to join a solid, innovative company that values professional growth! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and verify **payroll processing**, social charges, vacation payments, 13th salary, and employment terminations; * Ensure compliance with **ancillary obligations** (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, and other legal requirements); * Perform **electronic time clock entries and verifications**, overtime bank management, and leave tracking; * Administer **corporate benefits** (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, food allowances, medical assistance, etc.), ensuring deadlines and regulatory compliance; * Prepare **Payroll Department reports and metrics** to support management decisions; * Maintain **employee records and documentation up to date**, ensuring information organization and integrity; * Provide **support and guidance to employees and managers** regarding procedures, regulations, and internal policies; * Support audits and participate in process improvement initiatives within the People & Management area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in **Payroll Department routines and labor legislation**; * Knowledge of **payroll and electronic time clock systems** (familiarity with integrated systems is preferred); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; * Strong communication and analytical capabilities; * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields**. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Meal allowance: BRL 20.00 Free public transportation pass (comprising 8 trips per day) or fuel allowance: BRL 180.00 Health and dental insurance Life insurance Birthday day off Newborn baby kit for employees’ children Gympass Relocation support Tuition reimbursement plan Well-being program Twygo platform with free courses and certificates Birthday gifts and celebrations for employees
