In this role, you will not only oversee our BPO partner but also act as the guardian of payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and labor law compliance, ensuring a seamless and accurate employee experience. \#LI\-SC1 **Roles \& Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Payroll \& BPO Management: Validate and submit payroll inputs, conduct detailed reconciliations, and ensure the BPO partner meets deadlines and complies with legislation. Support Finance in reconciliations, payments, and accruals. * Benefits Administration: Manage enrollments, terminations, and demographic updates, maintaining direct coordination with Procurement, brokers, providers, and Finance to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs. Conduct detailed invoice reviews to ensure correct application of rules and eligibility, and perform cost center allocation posting and management. Provide employee support regarding benefits rules, policies, eligibility, and usage, ensuring clear communication and alignment with internal policies. * Time \& Attendance (T\&A) Management: Monitor the full electronic timekeeping cycle, resolve exceptions, and ensure closure prior to payroll cutoff. * Leave Tracking: Monitor and manage leaves (e.g., INSS, maternity leave, work-related accidents). * Compliance \& Internal Consulting: Apply solid knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT) to advise managers and employees on questions related to vacations, terminations, and labor regulations. * Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to standardize and stabilize operations. **Min.
