Description
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and organized **HR Department Assistant** to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Hiring and Termination Processes:** Assist with onboarding, collection and verification of documents, system registration, and integration of new employees; process notice periods and calculate contract terminations.
* **Time Tracking and Benefits Management:** Perform closing and verification of electronic time records.
* **Payroll Processing:** Assist in data compilation and entry for payroll closure, vacation pay, 13th salary, and social charges.
* **Ancillary Obligations:** Submit events and finalize information in the **eSocial** database (hires, terminations, leaves of absence, occupational health and safety).
* **Client Support and Service:** Provide support to external clients (partner companies) and internal staff, clarifying questions regarding labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and payslips.
* **File Organization:** Maintain employee documentation and personnel files strictly organized and up to date.
* **Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication, deadline orientation, keen attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in teams.
* **Experience:** Proven prior experience in an accounting firm or internal HR department handling multiple companies/CNPJs.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Domínio system, practical experience with the **eSocial** portal, and Microsoft Office suite (especially **Excel** for report verification).
Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month
