




Job Summary: An HR professional focused on recruitment and selection, employee development, onboarding, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support recruitment and selection processes with a focus on accuracy. 2. Promote the development and integration of new employees. 3. Contribute to organizational culture and HR metrics. Support recruitment and selection processes, focusing on accurate candidate selection aligned with the desired profile, including conducting interviews and behavioral and knowledge-based assessments. Implement and support employees in carrying out organizational climate and culture surveys. Organize and support employee training and development schedules. Monitor HR department metrics and seek improvements in routines and processes. Maintain an updated talent database. Collaborate with the HR team to execute internal marketing (Endomarketing) initiatives. Carry out recruitment and selection processes; Collect documentation from newly hired employees; Conduct onboarding for new employees; Support and assist in planning employee training and development activities; Support employees during organizational climate and culture surveys, as well as performance evaluation cycles; Monitor and maintain organized Individual Development Plans (IDPs); Provide internal support to employees; Monitor and support updating HR metrics; Support updating institutional communications on social media and internal communication channels. Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
