




**Description** The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative routines related to people management, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and the company’s internal processes. The role involves providing support in onboarding, offboarding, payroll, time tracking, and benefits administration. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes; Perform employee data entry and updates in the payroll system; Assist in payroll processing and closing; Monitor and verify electronic time records; Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others); Review documents and maintain organized physical and digital files; Assist in calculating vacation pay, severance payments, and labor-related statutory charges; Support compliance with legal obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, etc.); Provide support and clarification to employees regarding HR-related inquiries. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is desirable); Prior experience in the HR department; Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation; Familiarity with HR routines (payroll, time tracking, vacations, and severance); Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
