




Job Summary: Assist in recruitment, selection, document management, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and general HR support. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll and benefits administration Assist in recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication) Manage and organize admission and termination documents Support new employee onboarding Maintain and enter data into payroll and electronic timekeeping systems Assist in benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plans, etc.) Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters Organize physical and digital HR files Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics Support Personnel Department routines (hiring, vacation, termination, etc.) Breakfast and lunch provided on-site Meal allowance: R$300.00 Flash Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 / Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 — 1-hour lunch break.
