




Job Summary: A professional to handle HR processes—from recruitment and onboarding to supporting training initiatives and internal communication—ensuring data organization and up-to-date records. Support for training programs and organizational culture **Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and tracking results.** **Manage onboarding, offboarding, and formalization of employees, as well as document organization and archiving—including establishing a document filing system.** **Maintain updated employee records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.** **Support the organization of training sessions, organizational culture activities, and internal communication.** **Assist in verifying and organizing payroll data and timekeeping records.** **Support employee relations activities, clarifying basic HR-related questions.** **Perform other HR-related tasks as directed by leadership.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: R$2,500.00 to R$3,000.00 (per month) Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in Human Resources?
