Accelerate your career with us! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Monitor and update HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hires, terminations, etc.); * Populate and update spreadsheets and departmental databases; * Support the drafting, verification, and organization of employment contracts; * Manage uniform inventory control; * Support HR subsystem routines; * Support occupational safety initiatives; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal policies, and information confidentiality. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Basic knowledge of HR metrics.
