




Job Summary: An HR professional to handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee support, ensuring legal compliance and internal support. Support and clarification of inquiries for internal staff **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Recruitment and Selection:** Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support new employee integration (onboarding). * **Onboarding and Offboarding:** Collect and verify documentation for CTPS registration, perform payroll system registration, and manage offboarding procedures (homologation and exit medical exams). * **Payroll:** Assist in verifying payroll items, calculating labor charges, and issuing payslips, ensuring accuracy of variables such as tips and night-shift allowances. * **Time Tracking:** Manage electronic time-tracking systems, resolve inconsistencies, handle rotating shifts (6x1\), and manage hour banks. * **Benefits:** Administer the procurement and distribution of benefits (Transportation Vouchers, Health Insurance, Basic Food Basket or Cafeteria). * **Employee Support:** Clarify internal staff inquiries regarding payments, vacations, and hotel regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with payroll systems (Fortes). * **Legislation:** Up-to-date knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and specifics of the Labor Reform. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in the hospitality sector or familiarity with the **Fortes** system (widely used in the Fortaleza region).
