Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities (PCD) in an inclusive environment **Summary of Responsibilities:** We are seeking an HR Assistant to support HR administrative routines, working in an organized and collaborative manner across Personnel Administration, Recruitment and Selection, and employee support activities. This position is designated for Persons with Disabilities (PCD) within an inclusive, accessible, and respectful environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support employee onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes; * Assist with Personnel Administration routines, including document control, electronic timekeeping, benefits administration, and vacation management; * Support Recruitment and Selection by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing candidate follow-up; * Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and files; * Support training management, attendance lists, and internal controls; * Provide frontline employee assistance to address basic HR-related inquiries; * Support internal HR initiatives, communications, and events; **Desired Profile:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative or HR routines; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation is a plus; * Proficient in basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite.
