HR support for employees and managers Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to onboarding of new employees; Manage hiring and termination procedures; Support benefits administration, document control, and Personnel Department routine activities; Provide HR support to employees and managers regarding HR-related requests; Monitor departmental KPIs and support organizational climate and development initiatives; Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
