Employee support and assistance with general HR activities The company is seeking an HR Analyst in Monte Mor. **Responsibilities:** Perform HR department routines, including hiring, termination, and document control. Execute payroll calculations and social charges such as FGTS, INSS, Income Tax (IR), and the 13th salary. Administer vacations, leaves of absence, terminations, and benefits. Work with eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, and Social Connectivity systems. Manage and reconcile electronic timekeeping records. Prepare payroll reports and metrics such as absenteeism and overtime hours. Provide employee support regarding benefits and labor routine inquiries. Assist with general HR activities and departmental organization. On-site work in Monte Mor / SP. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
