We are seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** to support the department's administrative and operational routines, contributing to the organization of internal processes, document management, and addressing employee-related requests. **Main Responsibilities** * Support administrative routines of the HR and Personnel Department * Organize and archive employee documents * Update internal employee records and registrations * Manage and update departmental spreadsheets and reports * Provide administrative support to employees regarding their inquiries * Assist managers with team-related requests **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable) * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department * Familiarity with administrative or HR management systems Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.200,00 \- R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
