Position available in Curitiba \- Bigorrilho We are seeking a professional to lead the billing department, ensuring process quality, compliance with contracts, and efficiency in medical account management. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage the billing team, pre\-billing, guide authorization, and claim appeals; * Configure and update rules according to health insurance plans; * Verify, bill, and close medical accounts within established deadlines; * Monitor release deadlines and ensure timely compliance; * Issue invoices and submit billing to health insurance operators; * Monitor claim denials, manage appeals, and track payments; * Control performance indicators and prepare management reports; * Interface with clinical support teams and assist the medical staff; * Advise privately insured patients; * Analyze medication profitability; * Collaborate strategically with the finance and procurement departments. **Requirements:** * Experience in hospital billing; * Experience with health insurance plans and private accounts; * Team leadership experience; * Knowledge of medical account analysis and contracts. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in oncology or chemotherapy; * Knowledge of hospital costs and performance indicators; * Familiarity with the Tasy system.
