Job Summary: The maintenance officer ensures the proper functioning of hospital facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance and safeguarding environmental safety. The **maintenance officer** keeps hospital facilities and equipment operational by carrying out electrical, hydraulic, structural, and HVAC repairs, playing a critical role in preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring environmental safety and preservation. **Salary:** R$2\.031,95 **Work Schedule:** 180h (12x36\) \- Day and Night Shifts **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct detailed inspections, identify root causes of issues, diagnose defects, and implement effective solutions to rectify failures in equipment, components, and structures. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance services for building systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, sanitary, and others), ensuring continuous operation and reducing operational failures. * Respond to emergency maintenance requests, seeking immediate resolution to minimize risks and guarantee continuity of hospital services. * Prepare reports, service order records, intervention histories, material consumption logs, and technical data, ensuring transparency, traceability, and support for maintenance management. * Plan, requisition, and control the use of tools, equipment, and replacement parts, maintaining an up-to-date inventory and ensuring availability of materials required for maintenance activities. * Comply with regulatory standards and internal occupational safety procedures (including PPE usage), preventing accidents, protecting physical integrity, and ensuring safety in work areas and among staff. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of hydraulics, painting, and occupational safety regulations; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Cafeteria; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * SESC benefits; * Wellhub; * DayOff.
