Requirements: * Completed high school; * Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Technology; * One year of experience in the field; * Knowledge of computer networks; * Practical knowledge of information security; Operating Systems (Windows, Linux); Main Responsibilities: * Provide support and assistance to internal and external customers. * Configure and implement technology systems, ensuring their continued operation. * Ensure the integrity and functionality of data and voice network infrastructure. Configure and monitor network elements. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and infrastructure. Perform necessary routines for task execution and standardization.
