This position is ideal for individuals currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in technology-related fields, who enjoy analytical work and wish to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Support IT operations monitoring using SLAM and Ticket Audit. * Monitor SLAs and audit tickets. * Identify deviations and contribute to reporting. * Support continuous improvement analyses. **Requirements for this opportunity:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields, with classes scheduled during the **morning shift**. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, SCRUM, ISO.
