About the position We are seeking an analytical, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Supervisor. The professional will be responsible for leading the marketing team, planning and executing strategies to strengthen the brand, generate qualified leads, and drive the company’s commercial results. Work location On-site – Tucuruvi, North Zone – SP Working hours Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) Salary R$4\.000,00 Benefits * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * Gympass * Birthday leave * Hybrid work (1 day per week after probation period) * Health and dental insurance * Avus and StarBem platforms * SESC membership Key responsibilities * Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with company objectives; * Define goals, KPIs, and monitor campaign performance; * Analyze market trends, target audience, and competitors; * Plan and coordinate communication, inbound, and outbound marketing campaigns; * Supervise creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content; * Manage the company’s digital presence (website, social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation); * Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate leads and support product launches; * Lead and develop the marketing team while managing budget and campaign performance. Desired profile * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Administration; * Prior experience as a marketing manager or coordinator; * Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics; * Analytical, creative, and results-driven mindset; * Leadership, planning, and teamwork skills.
