Join the New Line – Security Technology team today!** **FINANCIAL MANAGER** **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a **Financial Manager** to lead and structure the company's financial processes, ensuring control, organization, and sustainability of financial operations. The professional will be responsible for cash flow management, financial planning, cost control, relationships with financial institutions, and strategic support for executive decision-making. If you possess an **analytical profile, strategic vision, and experience in financial management**, this opportunity may be ideal for you. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Manage the company’s financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations; * Plan and monitor **cash flow**, ensuring predictability and financial health of the business; * Develop and monitor **financial KPIs and management reports** to support decision-making; * Supervise **billing, collections, and delinquency control** processes; * Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and performance tracking; * Manage relationships with **financial institutions, banks, and partners**; * Ensure compliance with financial obligations and support accounting and tax processes; * Identify opportunities for **cost optimization and improvement of financial processes**; * Lead and develop the finance team; * Collaborate with **Commercial, Operations, and Administration** departments to ensure financial alignment across operations. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proven experience in **financial management**, preferably in a leadership role; * Knowledge of **cash flow management, financial planning, income statements (DRE), and financial KPIs**; * Experience in **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing management**; * Analytical, organized profile with strong decision-making ability; * Skills in **people management and team leadership**; * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**; * Postgraduate degree in **Finance, Controllership, or Business Management** is considered a plus.
