Job Summary: Work as a generalist in Human Resources and Personnel Department, managing hiring, termination, payroll, benefits, and personnel selection processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in payroll, benefits, and corporate communication **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Main Responsibilities Perform generalist duties across HR and Personnel Department routines; Carry out hiring, termination, and document control processes; Support payroll processing and labor-related charges; Manage vacations, benefits, and employee records; Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews; Assess candidate profiles and support managers during the recruitment process; Support new employee onboarding; Conduct exit interviews; Mediate internal conflicts and manage internal relationships; Monitor employee satisfaction regarding benefits; Support internal initiatives, events, and corporate communication; Provide assistance to occupational safety and occupational health departments; **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree: Psychology, HR Management, or related fields Proven experience in the field Preferred: Postgraduate degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
