Key Responsibilities: * **Welcoming and Support:** Provide humane reception and support to bereaved families, offering comfort and guidance regarding funeral procedures. * **Logistics and Organization:** Organize and coordinate funeral services, including body preparation, arrangement of the wake (urn and room decoration), and management of required documentation (death certificates, release authorizations, etc.). * **Transportation:** Carry out removal and transportation of bodies between different locations (hospitals, residences, IML, cemeteries) with utmost respect and dignity. * **Process Management:** Assist in selecting urns and other items, ensuring all legal and sanitary procedures are followed. * **Work Environment Maintenance:** Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, ensuring a welcoming environment. Requirements and Qualifications: * **Education:** Completed high school (minimum requirement). * **Driver’s License:** Possession of a National Driver’s License (Category B or higher). * **Essential Competencies:** Empathy, professional ethics, confidentiality, interpersonal communication skills, and emotional stability to handle sensitive situations and work under pressure. * **Availability:** Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work on an on-call basis (12-hour shifts followed by 36 hours off). * **Preferred Qualifications:** Training courses in funeral services or thanatopraxy will be considered advantageous.
