We seek a **Mid-Level Fullstack Developer** to develop and maintain our AI-powered data integration and analytics platform, as well as manage Chrome OS and Windows environments. Applications without GitHub, GitLab, or portfolio—or with materials incompatible with job requirements—may be disqualified. **What we’re looking for?** * Develop and maintain our AI-powered data integration and analytics platform, along with Chrome OS and Windows environment management, using Node.js (NestJS) on the backend and React / Next.js / TypeScript on the frontend. * Proactively engage across the entire product lifecycle: development, maintenance, support, and continuous evolution. * Identify, analyze, and resolve issues carefully and resiliently, ensuring platform stability, security, and high performance. * Research emerging trends and propose technical and architectural improvements that add value to both product and customer. * Actively collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge and best practices, with emphasis on quality, usability, and end-user impact. * Maintain a critical and investigative mindset—not only executing tasks but also anticipating risks, opportunities, and optimizations. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain fullstack features using React on the frontend and Nest.js on the backend. * Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability; implement and maintain real-time systems using WebSockets. * Implement responsive and accessible interfaces, following UX/UI best practices. * Work with React component architecture, using hooks and modern state management. * Maintain and evolve legacy systems, ensuring stability and performance. * Optimize database queries and structure (Postgres). * Implement and maintain automated tests (unit and integration). * Actively participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team. * Document code, processes, and technical decisions. * Resolve bugs and incidents quickly and efficiently. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. * Experience with React state management (Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar). * Knowledge of software architecture and ability to contribute to technical decisions. * Experience with ORM, migrations, seeders, and relationships. * Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs. * Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Google Login). * Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization. * Familiarity with automated testing (Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library). * Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (Git Flow, pull requests, code review). * Ability to maintain, fix, and evolve existing systems. * Collaborative, proactive, and resilient profile. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience developing Google Chrome extensions. * Experience with WebSocket and real-time applications. * Experience with Redis for caching and queues. * Knowledge of Google APIs and integration with Google Workspace. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Firebase Realtime Database and authentication services. * Experience in architecture and automation of deployments (CI/CD), preferably in cloud environments. * Knowledge of Docker and containerization practices. * Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Technical English for reading and writing documentation. **Restriction:** Must not be employed by a competing company. **Additional information** **Behavioral skills:** * Initiative and proactivity to seek solutions beyond the obvious. * Analytical and problem-solving ability, with critical thinking. * Commitment and sense of responsibility toward the product and team. * Strong communication and collaboration in a remote environment. * Creativity to propose new ideas and improvements. * Agility and adaptability when facing change and new challenges. * Autonomy to organize and deliver work independently. * Focus and attention to detail, ensuring quality at every stage. * Growth mindset—always open to learning and evolving. **Required equipment:** \- Laptop or desktop computer with Intel Core i5 or higher processor, compatible with 8GB RAM (free)—16GB recommended. * Linux, macOS, or Windows operating system. * Fixed broadband internet connection with minimum speed of 30 Mbps. * Full HD webcam and headset for video conferencing. * Standard office desk and chair. * If using a laptop, ensure proper stand and external keyboard so screen aligns with eye level. * Quiet, noise-free workspace.
