As part of 1ncrível Sistemas, we value innovation, technical self-sufficiency, and passion for games and technology. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **✅ Multi\-Agent AI Architecture** * Design and implement a hierarchical multi-agent AI architecture using frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom solutions * Configure granular country\-based authorization matrix with autonomy control per capability * Implement intelligent layer scheduling logic with full context transfer **✅ Knowledge Base (RAG)** * Design and implement an embedding system with optimized chunking and indexing strategies * Implement cross\-lingual retrieval (responses in multiple languages) * Develop a continuous update pipeline triggered by newly generated data **✅ Omnichannel Integration** * Configure integrations with WhatsApp Business API, Discord (bot), Telegram (bot), LiveChat (widget), email, and in\-app chat * Implement unified cross\-channel conversation history per user * Ensure human\-like behavior: configurable delays, typing indicators, natural language **✅ Automated Actions and Human Handoff** * Integrate with internal APIs to execute automated actions (refunds, account management, diagnostics) * Implement seamless escalation to human agents with zero context loss * Develop AI assistance tools for human agents during N2 support interactions **✅ Operational Dashboard** * Develop a centralized dashboard covering live conversations, agent metrics, queue management, KB editor, and SLA monitoring * Implement an N2 workstation for human agents with all necessary tools * Build an audit log and analytics system for continuous improvement **✅ Infrastructure and Deployment** * Deploy and manage applications on cloud servers (OVH, Digital Ocean, Linode) * Containerize applications using Docker/Kubernetes for 24/7 high availability * Monitor performance and optimize for fast response times under high load **MUST\-HAVE REQUIREMENTS** **Multi\-Agent Systems and AI** * Proven experience building multi\-agent AI systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom) * 2+ years of hands\-on experience scaling RAG/embeddings (chunking, indexing, retrieval) * 2+ years of experience integrating multiple LLM APIs: Claude API, OpenAI API, Grok API, DeepSeek API, Kimi API, Gemini API * Experience with sentiment analysis and natural language processing * 2+ years of experience working with MCP servers (Model Context Protocol) **Full\-Stack Development (TypeScript)** * 3+ years of backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS) * 3+ years of frontend development experience with TypeScript (React, Next.js) for dashboard development * Experience building RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real\-time communication * Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non\-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis) **Integrations and Channels** * Experience with WhatsApp Business API (or alternatives like Twilio) * Experience developing bots for Discord and/or Telegram * Knowledge of human\-in\-the\-loop design principles for AI systems **Infrastructure** * Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes * Familiarity with Linux servers and production application deployment * Strong understanding of version control best practices (Git) and web application security * Experience building and monitoring real\-time dashboards **NICE\-TO\-HAVE** ?
