**Responsibilities:** Supervise and provide technical support to the field fleet maintenance team; Technically assess failures in the vehicle and equipment fleet and direct maintenance activities; Ensure services are performed according to required quality standards; Monitor fleet maintenance at supplier locations; Act as a liaison with the Fleet Coordinator and ensure availability information is communicated; Provide technical support in identifying new suppliers; Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members; Control maintenance costs. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering; Reside in Itapetininga, Avaré, or Tatuí; Valid Brazilian driver's license (category B); Availability for travel; Previous experience in the role.
